Offi.cc ("Offi", "we", "us", or "our") is a one-page website builder platform that enables small and medium businesses to create and publish their online presence quickly and affordably. Our platform is operated from India and is accessible at https://offi.cc and subdomains thereof (e.g. yourshop.offi.cc).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use our platform — whether as a Site Owner (a business that builds a site on Offi.cc) or as a Visitor (someone who visits a site built on Offi.cc).

When people visit the website you build on Offi.cc (e.g. myshop.offi.cc), we act as a data processor on your behalf — you are the data controller for any personal data your visitors share with you (e.g. via WhatsApp, phone, or email links on your site).
Offi.cc does not install tracking scripts, advertising pixels, or analytics tools on your site by default. Your visitors' data is not collected or stored by Offi.cc.
Business-tier users may inject custom scripts (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) via the platform. If you do this, you are responsible for ensuring your own privacy policy discloses this tracking to your visitors and that you comply with applicable laws (IT Act 2000, DPDP Act 2023).
Cloudflare, as our infrastructure provider, processes visitor IP addresses and request data at the edge as part of DDoS protection and CDN delivery. This is governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Sites built on Offi.cc do not set any cookies by default. Your site is served as a static HTML page with no tracking, session management, or analytics built in.
If you add analytics or pixel scripts via the Business tier custom script injection, those third-party services may set their own cookies. You are responsible for disclosing this in your site's own privacy policy.
Cloudflare may set a __cf_bm cookie for bot management purposes. This is a technical necessity for DDoS protection and cannot be disabled. See Cloudflare's cookie documentation for details.

Your account and website data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Pikapod. Cloudflare's global edge network caches your published site pages across data centres worldwide to ensure fast loading for your visitors.
Data may be processed in countries other than India as part of Cloudflare's global infrastructure. Cloudflare is a participant in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and maintains appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
